Delfausse has taken on increasing responsibility since joining SiteOne, focusing on supporting data integrations for acquisitions and product services support and inventory planning and replenishment, and he also led the build out of distribution network and inbound freight management programs, including standing up SiteOne’s first transportation management system (TMS). Shawn Delfausse has served as SiteOne’s SVP, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence since October 2021. Brisendine spent 12 years at The Home Depot, Inc., where he held a number of senior leadership positions in the legal department. Black led the company’s entry into building products distribution and then held several senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Oldcastle Architectural Products, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Oldcastle Materials. During his 18-year career with Oldcastle, Mr. Black was President and Chief Operating Officer of Oldcastle Inc., an integrated building materials manufacturer and distributor and a wholly owned subsidiary of Irish-based CRH plc. Doug Black has served as SiteOne’s Chief Executive Officer since April of 2014.
